I started my first planted Nano Tank around the beginning of January. I first added the plants(no soil in the tank just rounded medium size gravel). Then, a betta was added. Soon after, I added ghost shrimp, snails, and an eco stone. The algae bloom was pretty intense and is finally starting to settle back now that I have added a few otocinclus’. After I added the catfish, I purchased some duckweed and Salvinia Minima and bought some grow light CFLs to hang above the tank. I will be posting daily pictures and eventually some videos once the tank gets established.
